Phenomenal service once again! Had a remote start installed on my F150 along with an oil change and tire rotation. They called in about 3 hours to say it was done. Works perfectly and I like the fact installed on my F150 along with an oil change and tire rotation. They called in about 3 hours to say it was done. Works perfectly and I like the fact that it is a Ford unit that does not impact my warranty. Service department was polite, prompt and professional. I dropped my Escape off the afternoon before my next day appointment. They started working on my car the very afternoon I took it in. Within a couple hours, I had a diagnosis, a price quoted, and it was fin appointment. They started working on my car the very afternoon I took it in.
