Very satisfied with Ford service, I had a flat tire late in the day, I called the service center to see if they gad a tire to replace it. Long store short they had a tire, I wanted to make an appointment to in the day, I called the service center to see if they gad a tire to replace it. Long store short they had a tire, I wanted to make an appointment to come in for the new tire, they had an opening the same day which was great. Tire was changed in about half hour to 45 minuets.
