Great Experience! Denny and I took a ride out to Dowagiac for him to look at a car he was interested in at C.Wimberley and wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we were Denny and I took a ride out to Dowagiac for him to look at a car he was interested in at C.Wimberley and wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the owner, Chuck Wimberley, who just happened to be at the dealership. Tom Ferrier, the original salesman that Denny had corresponded with was out of the office. Chuck set the ball in motion, by showing the car to Denny. Chuck's son, Dallas, worked up the numbers for the car and it was a go. While Denny and Dallas were doing their thing, Chuck asked me what I was interested in and price range. Luckily, he had a car that I liked, and before I knew it, I was buying a car. In the meantime, Tom Ferrier, returned and helped finish up the sales with both Denny and I. We also worked with Will Urie who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the time we walked in the door and walked out, we were very impressed with the whole team. They actually made us feel like we were a part of their family. I, personally, have never had a great experience like this in purchasing a car. Will definitely recommend C. Wimberley to others who are in the market for a car. If you are out for a drive, stop by and ask for Tom Ferrier! More

A salesman talked to me for a few minutes but I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy anything.....just letting me know he was there for me when I was ready or had questions. Just a ride Cathy and I were just out for a ride to possible test drive a 2016 Taurus. When we got to Wimberley Ford we were greeted by the owner Chuck Wimberley Cathy and I were just out for a ride to possible test drive a 2016 Taurus. When we got to Wimberley Ford we were greeted by the owner Chuck Wimberley with a handshake and a smile. He proceeded to ask what we were looking for and had the car brought up to the door so we took a test drive. We like the car and when we returned he already set in motion the trade-in and the out the door cost if we wanted to deal, we did. It was a great deal and no hassle! His son ,Dallas, had all the paper work set up and clarified all the buying process at a great price.Chuck then asked Cathy what she was in the market for and a short time later a deal was struck for her purchase of a 2015 Ford Escape, same easy transaction! Tom Ferrier , whom I had contacted earlier on line for the test drive, stopped by on his day off. He went through all the ins and outs of my Taurus and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I bought my previous vehicle from CW with Rodney Burandt as the salesman and had a great first experience. Both Rodney and Chuck Jr. worked together to make my second purchase an even more enjoyable transaction. They even noticed a nail in the tire and quickly had it repaired where other dealerships may have let it go since the tire didn't appear to be leaking air. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful with putting the finishing touches on my new vehicle. Whether my next vehicle purchase is a Ferrari or a Ford, if I can get it from CW, I will. More

10,000 mile service I bought my car at Wimberley Ford and get all my regular service there. I live three hours away but make the trip as they are excellent.
