Very nice people, and very acomodating and quick to get the job done! They even found an issue with the truck (tailgate latch needed replaced) and had the part ORDERED before we even got there to get the t the job done! Things started off well with both my salesman Kevin and the dealership. Price negotiations didn't go very far, they were mostly unwilling to budge on their sticker price even though the truck had been list the dealership. In the end I liked the truck so I made the purchase it was a certified used F-150. Upon owning the truck for a couple days I noticed that it had wheel locks installed and I was never given the key. I contacted my salesman Kevin to see if I could purchase a wheel lock or if they perhaps had the one I needed. After trading texts a few times on sending pictures of the lug nut I never heard anything back so that was kind of a bummer. About a week after owning it I could smell burning oil coming from underneath the hood and upon inspection discovered it had an oil leak. This being a certified used truck I would have thought those type of things should have been caught during the inspection process and fixed as needed. It wasn't something that just started since I owned it it had been leaking for a while so that doesn't speak highly of their quality standards. I took it to my local Ford dealer and they fixed it under warranty but still it should have never been there in the first place. Definitely not how you want to feel after spending 44k on a truck. For those reasons I won't be back and I can't recommend this dealer to others. More

I would leave 0 stars if that were possible. I bought my vehicle in 2019, I have brought it to C Wimberly for every oil change I have had since my purchase. The past two visits have not been goo I bought my vehicle in 2019, I have brought it to C Wimberly for every oil change I have had since my purchase. The past two visits have not been good. 2 oil changes ago I was driving home after and kept hearing a noise coming from my vehicle that was not usual and sounds like something was dragging from my vehicle and would get louder when I would turn. Turns out the plastic shield that covers the undercarriage was not connected or secured was dragging on the ground and had been since I left that day. When I figured out what was going on I tried to call but they close at 2 on Sat and everyone was gone. When I did get in touch with someone, they were not very helpful in correcting the situation but eventually came to a resolution but not a great one which wound up costing me over $100.00. Back in Jan I brought my vehicle in again for an oil change. I did splurge and got some engine rejuvenation package. They got done with my vehicle and I got in to get my car wash and go home. While waiting in line for the wash I noticed my heat was blowing cold air (was hot on my way there) I decided to get out of line and go back in and let them know what was going on. I found someone and brought my vehicle back inside. A technician looked at the coolant and said it was empty. They kept asking where all the coolant went, I told them that I do not know since they were the ones in possession of my vehicle the whole time. The technician then added some but not much. Said my vehicle was blowing warm air (barely) They said it was fine and I could go. I drove home with the barely warm air. Monday I drove to work and as I was almost there I had a warning pop up that my engine was over heating (this has never happened before). I decided to leave my vehicle at my job since I did not feel safe to drive it back home. I reached out to C Wimberly that day and was told that I could drive all the way up to them and they would check it out. (not driving it) They said that nothing that was done to my vehicle that would cause this issue. I tried to call back later to another person about my warranty, called him again Tuesday, I have yet to hear from him. I had my vehicle towed to my mechanic to check it out. Turns out I need a new engine. Huh, not sure how my vehicle was perfectly fine prior to my oil change and now I need a new engine. Updated* I was finally able to have my engine replaced and a total on all the expenditures associated with it. I contacted the service manager again in May and when he finally called back and I was hoping they might take some responsibility for the lack of effort put into figuring out what happened to the coolant in my vehicle leading to the engine blowing. I was just told it was my fault and I should have watched my gauges. The issue my vehicle had was easily found (by someone that is not a mechanic) and had this issue been found prior to me leaving their facility I would not have had a blown engine. I will NEVER go back there again. More
