I received an oil change and tires rotated. I left the dealership, got gas, checked the oil and found the oil cap was missing, the oil cap was not re installed after adding oil. I told them I needed to keep my payment at a price and was tricked into more then I could afford!! Then I tried to change my mind as u are supose to have 3 days to do so and wasn’t able to get my trade ba was tricked into more then I could afford!! I bought my used car in 2021 from C. Wimberly. I only live three miles from work, so I don't put many miles on it. This is only the second time I came for the free oil change. I was a Wimberly. I was again impressed with the prompt, thorough inspection and service on my car. Chris Harris walked me through all the information on the receipt and even fixed my bluetooth, which had stopped working the day before I arrived. I am so glad a friend had initially told us about your dealership. This is our third car to date. Thanks! More
