Terrible dealership. Dropped my cadillac escalade ext off for service to replace the air bag and have some warranty work done. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the radio didn't work (which was working before) and the suspension light was on (wasn't on when i dropped it off). They refuse to fix what they broke. There are oily smudges all over the vehicle from the mechanics.. will update later, as I refused to pick up the vehicle due to these issues. I have paid the current bill, but am leaving it there until they fix their mistakes. 12-6-2023. Update: they still refuse to fix what they broke. Picking the truck up, taking it home and letting it sit until the lawyers get it straightened out. 12-12-2023. I advise that no one take their vehicle there for service. Months of headaches, being lied to and getting your vehicle back in worse condition than when you dropped it off is all you are asking for if you do. More

I was able to verify both rear wheels had play, saw the old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced. Mechanic was able to adjust headlights one inch old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced. I found it to be clean, the people were polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was as I sat in the waiting area, there was a small room off the side of were a salesperson or maybe a fin and helpful. I could hear how much they put down on the car, what the terms of the contract was they were signing and if they should take gap insurance. I felt this was not real private for the new buyers. I don't think everyone in the waiting area needs to know about the other customers business. This should have been a little more discreet and private for your new buyers! More
