Scheduled to have recall work done on my truck. Told them I would drop it off the night prior and pick it up the next day after work. They called while I was at work to let me know that they never ordered the part and that I needed to come get my truck. No apologies, just when would I like to reschedule. I won't be going back....mistakes happen, but the attitude and lake of remorse did it for me. More
