I had 3 recalls on my 2019 Silverado RST. I was told three hours for this work to take place. It was done in less than two hours. Exceed expectations is always better than over promising. I was not happy with the service at all. It took four service call to fix a sun roof and a rear brakes. The sun roof as deemed to go to the ford dealership ok but three appointments for a rear brakes th service call to fix a sun roof and a rear brakes.
