I was able to verify both rear wheels had play, saw the old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced. Mechanic was able to adjust headlights one inch old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced. I found it to be clean, the people were polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was as I sat in the waiting area, there was a small room off the side of were a salesperson or maybe a fin and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was as I sat in the waiting area, there was a small room off the side of were a salesperson or maybe a finance person took a couple into and explain what sounded like going over the contract of a new vehicle they had just purchased. I could hear how much they put down on the car, what the terms of the contract was they were signing and if they should take gap insurance. I felt this was not real private for the new buyers. I don't think everyone in the waiting area needs to know about the other customers business. This should have been a little more discreet and private for your new buyers! More
