I called with my exact VIN, even gave them this information more than once, on a couple different phone call, interactions. They gave me a quote. (Based off a VIN number) I dropped my car off to h information more than once, on a couple different phone call, interactions. They gave me a quote. (Based off a VIN number) I dropped my car off to have work and within a couple hours, was getting a call stating they had completely mis-quoted me. That the person who wrote the quote used the wrong "engine size" and that my repair would actually be almost double, the original quote. I specifically asked how this happened, because of the VIN number and all the very specific information given to them. They didn't have a "real" explanation, except that the service man was wrong, and used the wrong engine size. Needless to say, I am VERY unimpressed, considering they have the actual VIN number on hand! More
Everyone in customer service was very nice. I was completely comfortable in the waiting area which was not that long. Check out was good and the guys and mechanic answered all of my questions. We had an excellent experience with the pricing, product knowledge, honesty & delivery process. Glenn Olson was definitely a professional thru the whole purchasing & delivery process. We did notice some smudges and spots on the exterior of car & Glenn personally cleaned to our satisfaction. The pricing on the Blazer & the trade-in allowance was very fair up front. Our trip from Holland was well worth it again. When we arrived back in Holland, I noticed that I forgot to redeem my GM credit card allowance. So after I contacted Glenn, who then contacted Chuck Wimberley Jr. and approved processing the allowance for me. That kind of service is amazing.
