I always ask how long things will take so I know if I want to stay and wait or come back. I was told it would take a half hour for my oil change this time and it took 1 hour and 22 minutes. Wouldn't have want to stay and wait or come back. I was told it would take a half hour for my oil change this time and it took 1 hour and 22 minutes. Wouldn't have been a big deal but I decided to wait since it wasn't going to be that long. I would rather someone over estimate a time frame or just let me know they're running behind. Not happy.
