For the first time in my life I can say that I actually had a pleasant experience purchasing a new car. Most of the car dealership managers I have tried to negotiate with in the past are rude, condescend had a pleasant experience purchasing a new car. Most of the car dealership managers I have tried to negotiate with in the past are rude, condescending and/or high pressure. Then I'm hustled into Finance where they try to brow beat me into buying extra stuff. I negotiated with Scott Thurn via email. We agreed on a price for a vehicle and I drove up to finalize the deal. While I was there I decided I might want a vehicle in a different color and with different options than what we agreed on. He went above and beyond to help me get what I want, even driving different cars up to the front of the building JUST so I could compare colors. I know I took more time than he probably anticipated but he never looked annoyed and never badgered me once. I ended up taking home a vehicle I absolutely love because of his willingness to go the extra mile. Then I met with Alex in Finance who helped me with the credit application and to decide how many years I want to finance the car. She explained the extra warranties and safeguards I could buy for the car and although she emphasized the benefit of having the extra warranties she did so without making me feel I wanted to run for my life. After I purchased the vehicle and was driving home she called to inform me I actually qualified for a lower interest rate than she had told me which was a great bonus! This is an A+ team. I definitely recommend C&S and will buy my next car there as long as this Subaru performs as expected. More

Back in October 2017, I purchased a used Ford Ranger from C&S Car Co. It was an awesome transaction. Fast forward to September 2025, I started looking for a new Subaru Forester. I checked the local deal C&S Car Co. It was an awesome transaction. Fast forward to September 2025, I started looking for a new Subaru Forester. I checked the local dealer but they didn't have what I was looking for, so I reached out to Scott Thurn @ C&S Car Co to see what they could do. Needless to say, Scott made it well worth the 700 mile (one way) trip to purchase the new car from them. Absolutely no pressure and he promptly answered every question I had. Everything was handled via email & text message. I gave him the OK to place the order and two days later I got an email from him letting me know that he had located one with everything I wanted and that it was en-route to another dealer. He made arrangements to pick up the new car when it arrived & transported it to the C&S dealership. I got a better price on the new car, more for my trade in and a much better price on the Subaru extended warranty that what I would have been able to negotiate with the local dealer. I highly recommend C&S Car Co. and Scott Thurn for your next purchase. More
