I contacted the dealership to purchase an extended Mopar warranty based on a mail advertisement I received. I received pricing over the phone, and asked the rep if I could please get a written quote e-mail warranty based on a mail advertisement I received. This is a shady practice and you guys lost the sale due to this poor and ethically-questionable level of service. More

The entire staff at CR was friendly and courteous. My salesman Fernando was so helpful and knowledgeable with all the new technology in my new Ram. On Monday took my Dodge Ram in for a recall om a pinion. Service noticed warranty issue and asked if it was okay to fix. Yes, it would be great and thank you for finding this. After day two of my vehicle Service noticed warranty issue and asked if it was okay to fix. Yes, it would be great and thank you for finding this. After day two of my vehicle being in their posession for service, driving my vehicle home I noticed a hot smell to it. The following day I called and was told it must be the new part not to worry. That afternoon there was smoke come from the front of my truck and oil dripping from the bottom of the engine. CR had my truck towed to their shop again to find the cause of this issue. After being told that they had accidentally cracked the head when tapping out a bolt, they would have to order the new heads in before they could fix it. On Friday when I stopped to check on the status of my service as I had not received an update call, was told that the part would not be released from Chrysler for another 13 days. They were trying to get a rush on it. Now I was going to be in my third rental car. Asked for a meeting with the manager and her boss and was told that she would do just fine, she could explain all of the events that had taken place. Don't want an explanation, want a resolution! We bought a used van at the Clinton location that came with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on drivetrain. We took the van in just under the warranty for some noise when going in reverse and they would not with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on drivetrain. We had a copy of the warranty we signed that stated that they would covered 100% parts, 100% labor (of covered systems) and they still refused, saying there was a deductible even though our paperwork said different. also when we were buying we went in to the adrian location to look at a few vehicles and decided to come back later when we could spend more time looking (we had 4 kids with us). A few days later we got a mailer about a sales event, so we came back during the sales event and the same vehicles we looked at previously had been marked up rediculously higher so that the "coupon" on the mailer for 1,500 off still made the price much higher than if we had bought the same van prior to the "sale." (thats why we went to the clinton location that wasnt part of the sale) They are swindlers! Stick with a reputable dealer, do NOT go there! More
