I made and appointment and viewed a Dodge Journey on Friday 2/4. I was negotiating with “Wild Bill” and we were about $500 apart in price. I called Wild Bill later that afternoon to increase my offer and was told that the car had sold that afternoon for full price. I’ll be honest, that I had a hard time believing that this car that had sat on their lot for 2 months, had two potential buyers in less than 6 hours but we moved on in our car search. We had no luck over the weekend and on Monday afternoon we noticed the car was still available on the website so called to see if it was in fact still available and was told it was. My wife went in and was approached by a different salesman who she asked to test drive it. While he was standing and waiting for the keys, my wife walked towards him and heard Wild Bill tell this other salesman that the car was sold already. Ok, again, we moved on and a couple days later found a vehicle that fit our needs. The interactions regarding the Dodge were weird but it’s plausible that the car had sold with deposit or something and was waiting for the new owner to come and claim. On 2/18, two weeks after we were told it was sold, I was browsing car websites again because we were searching for a replacement for my wife’s car as well and noticed the Dodge was still listed. I decided to call and inquire out of curiosity (we weren’t interested in the car at this point) and sure enough, was told it was still available and it hadn’t sold in the past two weeks. The whole situation has left a sour view of this dealership. I don’t know why we were lied to about the sale of the car. Especially over a $300 difference in price. Wild Bill not only lost out on the sale of this car for himself, but essentially blocked another salesman from selling this car. On top of that, we’ve bought 2 cars in the past 2 weeks to replace/upgrade both my and my wife’s vehicles and potentially would have bought both vehicles at this dealership. Now we will never choose to do business here and I would absolutely steer clear of Wild Bill. As I’m writing this review, the Dodge is still listed on their website, approaching 3 months of sitting on their lot. More

Person I talked to was nice, honest and maybe too honest. I could come look at it on Monday or sometime next week it will be there. I work 40+ hours a week, and live 4hrs away, how does that work? Must not care to sell a vehicle that much or they would have made things work, maybe take a different one for personal use. The reason for two stars was the honesty from the salesman. How things are nowadays vehicles are here today gone tomorrow. Good luck to me I guess. More
