Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with in helping us purchase our first family car. He was extremely polite, helpful, and responsive. I was in the market for a while, and was visiting over 8 different dealer's for this Sprinter. I came across C&K AUTO IMPORTS online after reading their reviews. I finally made the time to contact the dealership. In no time Tom made my experience completely easy, and welcoming from day one. He sent videos of the truck so I could see exactly what I was coming to see. He was upfront, patient, and very knowledge. I then met with the Finance Manager Ed who was completely down to earth and not forceful with me at all. He offered me a great approval with his bank, and made sure I was informed. Sagi was also one of the GM's I met. He had no issue with teaching me about the mechanic's of the Diesel and even help me with replacing a light himself. I was very thankful he took time, even though it wasn't his job. If you are looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and welcoming Dealer's C&K AUTO IMPORTS is worth your time.
