Too many mistakes and trips back to the dealership Purchase a 2018 Ford Edge on a Tuesday evening. I did not bring my checkbook or title to the vehicle I was trading as I did not plan to finalize the Purchase a 2018 Ford Edge on a Tuesday evening. I did not bring my checkbook or title to the vehicle I was trading as I did not plan to finalize the purchase that date. Tom in the Finance Department did find me a very good finance rate, but he made several mistakes on the paperwork, which had to be re-done. We didn't leave the dealership until 10:00 that evening (with no dinner). I brought my title and checkbook the next day only to find more mistakes on the paperwork. My wife was busy and could not make it that day (Wednesday); nobody told us she would have additional papers to sign. When I arrived I found that the registration plate I was given and had to pay for because they could not remove the plate from my trade, had to be removed and a dealer plate attached until I returned once again to complete paperwork. When my wife arrived Thursday (during her lunch break from work), she signed the necessary forms and had the new plate attached to the vehicle--she was told that the plate form my trade was destroyed. On Friday we received a call that there was another mistake on the paperwork, and asked when we could return to sign the corrected documents (4th day in a row!!!) We indicated that we had plans out of town and would not be able to come back until the following Monday. The dealership did send someone with the paperwork to our office for signature that Friday. I haven't heard back from the dealership, so I'm assuming that everything is correct. Our salesman Mat Gajdzik was excellent and we would recommend C Harper only because of the service we received from Mat. More
