A “leak specialist” in the service shop looked at it and told me that based on the design of the vehicle, it will leak sometimes and there is nothing they can do about it. Absolutely unacceptable. A sunroof should not just leak into the vehicle randomly. More

Staff needs more training The salesperson that we spoke with was inexperienced and not familiar with the vehicle that he sold to us, Luckily my husband already has the same The salesperson that we spoke with was inexperienced and not familiar with the vehicle that he sold to us, Luckily my husband already has the same vehicle as his company car so he knew the information himself. When I asked about previous ownership, Carfax report, etc. he was unfamiliar. He went to a different area and printed out the report. When he returned to his desk my husband had gone to the restroom. The salesperson put the report on his desk out of my reach and stated "this is for your husband to read." How insulting to assume that as a woman I would not want to read the report or that I wouldn't understand it Next came your financial person, He told us the interest rate on the loan was 6.9%. I questioned the rate and he stated "that's a really good rate. If you came here a year ago you would see the difference in what the government did." However the supervisor that worked with our salesperson had quoted us a 4.94% rate. I again questioned it, so he then looked on his computer and then agreed it was a 4.94% rate. As your financial representative I would think he should have known the correct rate. He then went on to basically call us idiots because we didn't want to buy the extended warranty. He showed us different pieces of electronics that he had on his desk that could possibly break in an attempt to force us to buy the extended warranty. Does he get an extra commission if he sells it? He also spent most of his time complaining about how busy he was and that he would have to work until 11pm if everyone that was in the dealership purchased a vehicle that evening, Perhaps the most insulting thing that happened was once the final paperwork was signed the financial person stood up and shook my husband's hand. I extended my hand but he completely ignored me. The saleperson gave my husband a handshake and when I extended my hand to him he only touched the tip of my fingers without any attempt at a true handshake. If my husband had not been set on that vehicle we would have left and purchased somewhere else. I am a successful professional as is my husband and should be treated with the same respect. Treating women as second class is not acceptable in this country and will cost you a lot of female clients, More
