Recent experience Harold S. Has always been great to us. However, yesterday and the day before we spent over 2.5 hours waiting to start paperwork. Than yesterday we ca Harold S. Has always been great to us. However, yesterday and the day before we spent over 2.5 hours waiting to start paperwork. Than yesterday we came at 430 and did not level till after 730! We sat there with a check from our bank with over 36,000 plus 1000 cash! I would think you'd want to finalize our paperwork and send us on our way. Than the guy who did finalize the paperwork made us feel like an inconvenience and we were so angry. We love Ford cars, especially the escape. The price is within our budget and runs great, so we have no complaints there, and we always take our car to Ford garage, again no complaints. If it were not for Harold talking us out of leaving we would have. This did not happen to us a few years ago when we got our 2016 Ford escape so don't know what happened in that time frame but we were dissapointed. More
