Stressful I have purchased two KIA auto's from you the Sportage was a good car, the second was a serento and has been in for repairs at least 4-5 months current I have purchased two KIA auto's from you the Sportage was a good car, the second was a serento and has been in for repairs at least 4-5 months currently the engine is blown along with thousands of other KIA'S , recently I approached C Harper about buying back this auto and I would purchase a new or used Ford Explorer,the sales team offered a very low trade value on my stigmatized serento and would not negotiate in good faith on another vehicle for replacement of the sorento Since no other dealer wanted this sorento I had no choice but to pay on this bad faith deal ...you have not heard the last from me.please do not delete this like you did minutes ago More

Alignment issue Always have my car serviced at C Harper Ford. Recently I noticed my tires were worn out on the inside after 11000 mile my car had been at C Harper Always have my car serviced at C Harper Ford. Recently I noticed my tires were worn out on the inside after 11000 mile my car had been at C Harper the original alignment 10/6/2018 with my car subsequently my car was st C Hsrper Ford no less than 3 times with it most recently being on February 6 th 2019 for the works oil change. I was told at that time my tire wear had no problems. March 11 th I visited the delearship to show Justin the problem;however he left Cody in charge to assess the issue. After an alignment check they noted my car needed aligned. The technician while aligning my car broke 2 parts. Cody gave me a loaner. This is the highlight of the visit I never heard anything subsequent until the following Saturday when Cody called me and said my car was done. He told me I needed additional parts which broke during the alignment on Saturday which he had the mechanic install without my approval. He told me he would remove the part and I could take my car but it would not be able to be driven. He said the mechanic attempted to drill the old part and it was ruined. Cody spoke down to me in a derogatory manner. The main problem which C Harper- Cody failed to see was the mechanic missed the tire wear issue/ alignment issues in previous services. If identified earlier it would have saved my tires/ replacement cost $600+ In addition Cody directed and guided me to replacement tires Goodyear’s which have no mileage warranty- wear out quick. I asked for other options that offered rebates and Cody told me these are the ones the others only offered 30 day price match. Not happy with this visit. Len Marino my usual service advisor is great. I will never allow Cody to advise me again. Tried to speak down to me, I curtailed this quickly. More
