2nd trip and unorganized I returned to dealership for what I thought to be a 10 minute appointment to put inspection stickers on new Telluride and pick up the second key that I returned to dealership for what I thought to be a 10 minute appointment to put inspection stickers on new Telluride and pick up the second key that was lost . When I got there I was informed the car needed fully inspected (1.5 hrs and the key could not be located. I have to return to a dealership for a 3rd time now that is 30-40 minutes from my home . I would think that all cars should have inspection stickers on them and ready to go especially since they use the “will you take this car today “ sales approach . Being that both of my mothers need cars in the near future I would still purchase my vehicles from Scott , however I am not sure I will use service dept , as I have closer options Cody the service guy was very nice though. More

Great car buying experience. Out of all the cars I’ve bought (4 so far) this has been the best experience by far.
