Salesman was horrible Guy kept trying to appraise my trade in before talking about price of the new truck I was buying. I finally got fed up and left and his manager called Guy kept trying to appraise my trade in before talking about price of the new truck I was buying. I finally got fed up and left and his manager called and gave me a number. I said if you give me 5000 for my trade in it’s a deal. Don’t let them look at your stuff until you bargain the cost of what you wanna buy. They will dilute the sales price with your trade in to make money. Look at the book value before buying too. And ask for way more for your trade in. You’ll win every time. They will also come down on the cost of a new warranty as well. They took 800$ off because I said no at first More

Service visit 4/26/19 Great customer service from the staff. Was approached by a service person the minute I got out of my vehicle. He directed me to my service advisor Cor Great customer service from the staff. Was approached by a service person the minute I got out of my vehicle. He directed me to my service advisor Cory Gustafson who reviewed with me my service request. Cory also asked me if I needed anything else done that day such as a tire rotation. Told me it would be about 45 minutes (which it was). Cory came to the waiting area to get me when my vehicle was done and had it parked inside since it was raining heavily. He still asked if I wanted the vehicle washed even though it was raining. Inform led me to not hesitate to call him that if there was anything else I needed. Cody was pleasant bad seemed very motivated to ensure I was satisfied. Cashier was also nice and friendly. More
