Engine oil problem I was not happy that my car was under warranty but yet had to pay for a oil change, when the problem was my car burning oil. Prompt, easy scheduling quick servicing. Received a Kia recall letter. Scheduled service appointment for three days after my phone call. Arrived early. They were able to take the car immediately and even fixed the bent license plate, washed the car and answered a few “dumb” questions I had and didn’t even chuckle at me!!
