Poor Management When I made the appointment I specifically told the service managers Tom and Todd that my 2018 f350 needed work on the transmission. I also specifically told them that I was from out of state (Oklahoma) and that the emissions had been deleted. I asked if that would void the warranty or have some other problem and they said no, the tranny was not related to the deletion. After waiting a week for the appt and driving several hours I was told that the truck had been deleted and that they could not work on it. Seriously 😳 I mean really??? Terrible service. Never again......I’ll be sure to share my experience with EVERYONE More

I was immediately greeted in the service dept by a service rep who guided through the process and escorted me to the waiting room where free amenities, tv and WiFi were provided. All employees were very friendly and professional. The services provided appeared to be of high quality and were fully explained by the service rep. More

You forgot my oil change The one thing that did annoy us was that we asked for an oil change in addition to our inspection and emissions. When we were told the bill, we were s The one thing that did annoy us was that we asked for an oil change in addition to our inspection and emissions. When we were told the bill, we were surprised and delighted how low it was; but upon further inspection, the oil change never happened. They forgot. It was getting late, so we never said anything, but it is inconvenient to have to make another appointment. We decided to get it done elsewhere because of this. But I will say that other than that, everyone was nice and friendly. Overall rating isn't bad. More
