Excellent customer experience I've used a different dealership to perform work on my pickup. They had it for 4 days with no contact. Had to call to see the status of my truck. It I've used a different dealership to perform work on my pickup. They had it for 4 days with no contact. Had to call to see the status of my truck. It gave the codes that were on a TSB and told them what the problem was. I was under warranty and never got offered a rental and was actually told no I didn't qualify. Whatever That means. Anyway i am a faithful C. Harper customer and my service advisor Kari is excellent. She let me know exactly what was wrong and kept me updated daily on the progress of repairs. I never seen the mechanics but they must be just as good because I've gotten my truck back quickly and haven't had any issues with it after service. More
