2019 Forte S Window Visors Ordered new vent visors for my new car. When they arrived I scheduled service to have them installed. Had them installed and the one side did not lin Ordered new vent visors for my new car. When they arrived I scheduled service to have them installed. Had them installed and the one side did not line up with the front one. Also they visors were very cheap looking and not the color as advertised in the brochure. I wanted dark, very dark. The picture in the brochure looks dark because there is black behind them. I should have looked at them B4 having them installed. I would not have had them installed. Cody (not sure of his last name) in customer service was very polite, professional, & eager to please. I spoke with Todd Bickerton also who was very professional and understanding. I was approved to have them removed and all of my money back. Which made me very happy. Cody is a gem! More

C Harper Service Center Sucks!!!!! Let me start by saying, the sales side of the business is top notch! I am devastated to say, because of the service center, I will NEVER buy another v Let me start by saying, the sales side of the business is top notch! I am devastated to say, because of the service center, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from C Harper. I took my 2014 Ford Fusion for an oil change and tire rotation on July 9th. Three phone calls after I dropped off my car, I found out I was not getting my car back. They said I needed rotors before they ruined my brakes. Then they said my brakes were already bad. Third call was that they broke a caliper. They did give me a loaner, which was nothing like my car... That was Tuesday. I got my car back Wednesday late evening and had to take it back on Friday because the rotor was practically on fire when I got to work. That was July 12th. After a week, they told me they could not figure out what was wrong. The second week went by with no communication until my husband called them. We went on vacation and a week later, after no communication, I called them. They said they were in touch with the corporate office and they said it may be the ABS module. They figured I would be able to pick it up on Tuesday. After no communication, I went to speak to the service manager, who assured me he would make this his priority. My customer service rep said during that meeting that she did not even know if the part was there. She said she and the tech were trying to determine if this was something they caused or if it was a pre-existing issue. (Really?) I received one message at the beginning of the next week, to say that they had it figured out and were working on it. I left a message the next day, but the call was not returned. On that Friday, I called and left a message with the manager that enough was enough and I wanted my car back on Monday, August 12th. I received a message on Saturday that my car was fixed and they were detailing it, and I could pick it up on Monday. Not one person involved with this spoke with me on Monday. My car looked absolutely beautiful, kudos to the detailer. That person deserves a raise! However, I will NEVER go to C Harper for anything!! The fact that they could not figure out what was wrong for a month, when there was nothing wrong with it when I dropped it off, is horrendous. The fact that the customer service rep and manager did not communicate and lied is 10 X horrendous. I see I cannot give zero stars below.... my experience was well below zero stars. PS.... Because of this experience, my husband already bought a truck at our new dealer, Ford of Uniontown. More
