Terrible service I was there close to 3 hours. My appointment was at 2:30, I arrived at 2:15 and didn't get to leave until 5:10. They close at 5. All the workers were I was there close to 3 hours. Not one time did I recieve an update on what was going on. Finally when my service advisor Rob came out he said that the code read was a random misfire. But they didnt find anything so they reset my engine light. That's it, almost 3 hours later to be told nothing was wrong and the reset a light. Did not wash my vehicle and on my way home my tire light came on. So they didnt even check tire pressure. Worst service I've had there ever. Todd the service manager said they will address my issues at my next free oil change. More

I was at c Harper Ford service to get my Ford truck's coolant leak fixed under extended warranty on Oct 24, 2019. They came out with just a price on a white piece of paper. I asked to see paper that listed to items prices that added up to the price they showed me, they refused. So after the third time asking, I told them I couldn't afford to pay that amount at that time and would come back the following week to get it fixed. They actually pulled my truck out and handed me the keys with no paper work or anything. I made the appointment for the following week, only to find out a few days later they cancelled it. I called to find out why and spoke to the c Harper Ford director, John Hunter. He actually said "F*** You" to me on the phone then hung up. Do not go there, go to their direct competitor, Kenny Ross. I got my trucks coolant leak fixed plus an oil change and tire rotation for $30 less that c Harper want to charge just to fix the coolant leak. C HARPER FORD WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! And if you ask to see the paperwork for something the director will say f you. More
