Really It took a 1m to find that out, or just milking the job, Would never take my car there and will tell everyone I know, go to a certified repair shop, Never go with some dealership unless you use one that someone you know has used, just because you bought the car there doesn't mean they have to fix it, Also just a fyi if you by at one dealership any dealership can fix it. if it is under warrenty, They just tell you that. I have had my 2009 Ford to this dealership twice for serious mechanical issues. First, they had my vehicle in excess of five days each time. Second, on both occasions when they called me to pick up my s serious mechanical issues. First, they had my vehicle in excess of five days each time. Second, on both occasions when they called me to pick up my supposedly 'fixed' vehicle, I made it 5 miles before I had to turn around and take it back because it was NOT, in fact, fixed. The latest time, that I brought it back, the mechanic actually began to argue with me, and condescendingly asked me to prove it by taking him for a ride! Obviously, the test ride proved HIM to be the idiot, and as a result of these experiences, I am officially done with them. They are TERRIBLE, and I'm convinced all the positive reviews that preceded this one were forged. Just terrible. RUN - don't walk away from this dealership! More
I explained to Joanne, the problem I had at Kenny Ross ford dealership and came in to Charper very irritated. She listened to me carefully, Provided me with choices of what I was looking for, when it cam ford dealership and came in to Charper very irritated. She listened to me carefully, Provided me with choices of what I was looking for, when it came to the price and my trade in she was up front and said I won't waste your time, either we can do it or we can't. She came back with in 10 minutes, gave me a better deal than I thought and we had a deal done with in 20 minutes. Stan as well in financing was a great help as well, he had a couple choices of loans for me ,explained the extended warranties , answered all my question and wasn't a bit pushy. I have dealt with C Harper Ford several times now. Joanne has been the Sales person I have always dealt with. She is a font of information about the vehicles and deals being offered. I started looking at the car we purchased several months ago. Since that time, Joanne has kept us up to speed on all the Ford incentives. She is a pleasant and well informed salesperson. As I stated, this is not my first purchase here. Joanne sold me a 2008 F-150 two years ago-and I love it. Their Service department is alsoGreat. Some months back, I had a $4000 run in with a deer. Took my 2 year old Ford Escape in for State Inspection, and general service, plus a safty recall. All requested work was preformed in a excellent and timely manner. Went on line and filled out form. CHarper was the first to respond to the request for information. JoAnne Kranik sent me a very detailed e-mail with the make and model I was looking for. Once there at the dealership I was met by a very nice sales rep and was directed to JoAnne. Once in JoAnnes care we went over again the information that was requested. Once that was completed we test drove the model which was the Focus SES. At no time did JoAnne do any kind of pressure sell this was a welcome site not to have a person asking me if I was going to buy today every five min. Once the test drive was completed I asked if I could take the car to my family to show them and with no questions ask it was arranged. Once I showed my family and we came to the conclusion that we would purchase the car. From there a credit application was taken I sat down with a very knowledgeable credit rep, his name was Stan. He along with JoAnne we awesome throughout the whole process It is because of these two JoAnne and Stan that I would send anyone to CHarper to purchase their car or truck.. More
