Never in my life have I ever bought a vehicle and didn’t get sent out with a full tank. The rear windshield wiper was falling off the very first time I used it. It smelled like cigarettes so I told them to keep it until they got the smell completely out. so they had ample time to fill the tank before I came to pick it up. Everyone there was very nice. But the details lacked. More

Last minute oil change I was past for for an oil change and tire rotation and when I called they got me right in and even shuttled me back and forth from my employer quickly I was past for for an oil change and tire rotation and when I called they got me right in and even shuttled me back and forth from my employer quickly. Everyone there was very helpful and polite. Most dealers make you wait days to get in for service and to get a shuttle anywhere is a hassle. Also helped me redeem my ford pass points even after all service was complete and billed. I will definitely return More
