Waste of time I bought a new E350 van at C Harper and with 2000 miles it has a loud noise coming from the engine. I stopped to have someone look at it and they told I bought a new E350 van at C Harper and with 2000 miles it has a loud noise coming from the engine. I stopped to have someone look at it and they told me they couldn't get it in until the following week. I dropped it off Sunday evening and called Monday afternoon for an update. I was told it is making a ticking noise and the head would need to be pulled and that they would start first thing Tuesday. Tuesday I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Wednesday I was told they changed the oil and the noise was still there. I was also told I should come get it because they wouldn't be able to work on it for another week and once they did it would be maybe a month to fix it. I am an HVAC contractor and I purchased this vehicle because I can't be down a vehicle for an extended period of time. I lost three days with it and nothing was resolved. I purchased my wife's last 2 leases from C Harper and now this van. This kind of service on a vehicle with 2000 miles is unacceptable. I plan to take my issue to Ford because I was told that Ford was the reason it would take so long. I do not plan to ever purchase from C Harper again. More
