Horrible Customer Service 7K miles on F350, it quit moving. Truck sat in their lot for 5 days, they didn’t even look at it. Service staff was VERY rude. One guy told us they’d 7K miles on F350, it quit moving. Truck sat in their lot for 5 days, they didn’t even look at it. Service staff was VERY rude. One guy told us they’d look at it that day after we complained and a different rude person told us it wouldn’t be in the shop for a few days. We had the truck towed to Jim Shorkey, they were nice and diagnosed the truck that afternoon. I own two Super Duty’s and will never take one there again. They were rude last time but this time around was HORRIBLE! More
