Being that this was not our first Cadillac dealership we had visited, but probably our 6th, out of all of them, our salesman, Jeff Bankovich, was the first salesman to explain to us what it was we needed t had visited, but probably our 6th, out of all of them, our salesman, Jeff Bankovich, was the first salesman to explain to us what it was we needed to hear. He wasn't primarily concerned in selling us a car we were interested in buying, butconcerned for another problem we were involved in. About two years ago, we had leased a car from a local Nissan dealership (our first leased vehicle) we discovered that we weren't totally informed of the actual terms of the lease contract plus due to the physical difficulty of getting in and out of the car (due to two back surgeries) the car was not working out for us. We were paying for a car that was extremely uncomfortable to be in and needed to get out of the lease. We had visited that same dealership about 6 months ago, explained our plight, and to say the least, they could not help us. They didn't even attempt to find another vehicle that possibly would be feasible. This is when we gave up waiting but decided to see another dealership. C. Harper Cadillac helped us in both areas: giving us the information we needed to have to terminate the lease and most important giving us a great deal on a car that provides us with the upmost comfort allowing us to drive anywhere anytime.
