I would rate zero if I could. Tim Wilkinson and David Johnson, I gave you a chance to resolve this situation. I have been patient. I have been respectful. If ignoring me for three weeks is your solution thinking I will go away, clearly you misjudged me. I will now go public with my experience. I have no problem exposing a business that takes advantage of older people. As a former business owner myself, I know employees can make or break a business…it is time for the owners to know you are compromising the integrity of the dealership. Thank you Tim for saying “you were done with me” when I caught you in a lie. Thank you David for saying “tell your mom she can rest at night we will make this right” when you had no intention of doing that. Remember what I do for a living…I investigate, I make sure I have the facts, and I get justice. If you were calling my bluff…game on! More

I noticed some missing exterior parts after service was done. I called dealership and they looked in the car wash to see if the parts had fallen off during the car being washed. They were not in the car done. I called dealership and they looked in the car wash to see if the parts had fallen off during the car being washed. They were not in the car wash. The next day I received an email from the service manager Tom Beard requesting pictures of the parts that were missing. Tom Beard then checked their video system to see if they were missing before or after the car wash. The video showed that the bike rack end cap was missing when I showed up for service and the front tow hook cover was on the car after the car wash. So, I apparently lost the end cap on the way to the dealership and the tow hook cover on the way home. I appreciate the extra effort on Tom’s part in looking into solving this mystery of the missing parts. I was upset but hope I didn’t come across as accusing them or their carwash for the lost parts. I guess it was just a coincidence that they both fell off the car that day. Thank you for solving the mystery of the missing parts! More

Horrible customer service. 2017 Volvo XC90. only 100,000 miles. charged me $5000 to fix engine...a few weeks later they claim the engine blew up. told me car is worth $500 n 2017 Volvo XC90. only 100,000 miles. charged me $5000 to fix engine...a few weeks later they claim the engine blew up. told me car is worth $500 now. told me if I want to take it home they want me to pay them $1500. Had a 9:45am appointment for regular 10,000mile interval service .waited 2 weeks and told I was waiting for car. Was told about 2 to 3 hours for service. They didn't take my car in until 2:45pm. Idid no service .waited 2 weeks and told I was waiting for car. Was told about 2 to 3 hours for service. They didn't take my car in until 2:45pm. Idid not get my car back until 4:45pm. Why did they give me an appointment only to make me wait 7 hrs for a 2 hour job. My time is valuable too! More
