USAA Members--- Price is honored but there's better service I live in WV and found Byers Volvo through the USAA car buying service. I found that the pricing was honored according to the USAA service. However, I live in WV and found Byers Volvo through the USAA car buying service. I found that the pricing was honored according to the USAA service. However, the sales person who followed up said, "Let's be sure you have the right paperwork before you drive 2 hours to pick up the car." When I followed up with another dealer--- in Winston Salem, NC (FOUR hours from me)--- the sales person IMMEDIATELY told me, "We have door-to-door delivery so don't worry about it. I'll bring it to you." Word of advice--- lead with the big guns--- price & service. More
