Dealer stole from vehicle I bought a used 2012 Subaru WRX from the dealer, and from the get go I knew there were issues. The check engine light was on during the test drive, so I bought a used 2012 Subaru WRX from the dealer, and from the get go I knew there were issues. The check engine light was on during the test drive, so I stopped at an Autozone to have the code checked. Turns out, one of the spark plugs or coils was bad, therefore only 3 out of 4 cylinders were firing. Dealer refused to fix it. The brakes are also extremely bad, to the point of being dangerous, and dealer also refused to fix it, or even consider it in purchasing negotiations. The center console was broken off and the front bumper clip was broken, again all simple things the dealer refused to address. In the end, I did purchase the vehicle, however there was a subwoofer and stereo system in the car during the test drive, as well as advertised in photos on the webpage, the reason I saw the car in the first place. During the purchase process, the dealer unwired and removed the subwoofer and said nothing about it to me, and I didn't find out it was gone until I got the car home. Unacceptable. If this isn't made right, I will never be purchasing a vehicle from them or any Byers dealership in the greater Columbus area ever again. More

USAA Members--- Price is honored but there's better service I live in WV and found Byers Volvo through the USAA car buying service. I found that the pricing was honored according to the USAA service. However, the sales person who followed up said, "Let's be sure you have the right paperwork before you drive 2 hours to pick up the car." When I followed up with another dealer--- in Winston Salem, NC (FOUR hours from me)--- the sales person IMMEDIATELY told me, "We have door-to-door delivery so don't worry about it. I'll bring it to you." Word of advice--- lead with the big guns--- price & service. More
