I informed them to cancel the $1000 loyalty incentive and run the papers again. He told me I would be losing $2000. I said, no, it is $1000. He argued more. I showed him THEIR website, that shows loyalty incentive of $1000. He still said no, I'd lose $2000. I showed him the deal write-up from the salesman, showing $1000 loyalty incentive, and he said no, it's $2000. All he had to do was honor the deal, add the $1000 dealer loyalty back in, and I would have purchased the car. I feel badly for the salesman he lost the sale for. He was trying to get another $1000 out of me, so I took my title, went to MAG, and drove home in a new car for a much better deal. More
