Generally pleased with my purchase, but disappointed to find that my car had a defective tire, and they were not willing to replace it or even discuss any compensation. Disappointing customer relations The salesman was quite helpful, but the finance manager was trying to pull a fast one. After working the deal, I arrived BACK at the dealership and t The salesman was quite helpful, but the finance manager was trying to pull a fast one. After working the deal, I arrived BACK at the dealership and they informed me that I needed the insurance card for my daughter's Volvo (I see her about once a week due to her hours worked). I informed them to cancel the $1000 loyalty incentive and run the papers again. He told me I would be losing $2000. I said, no, it is $1000. He argued more. I showed him THEIR website, that shows loyalty incentive of $1000. He still said no, I'd lose $2000. I showed him the deal write-up from the salesman, showing $1000 loyalty incentive, and he said no, it's $2000. All he had to do was honor the deal, add the $1000 dealer loyalty back in, and I would have purchased the car. I feel badly for the salesman he lost the sale for. He was trying to get another $1000 out of me, so I took my title, went to MAG, and drove home in a new car for a much better deal. More

While I was opened to trying other makes of cars, AJ was patient in showing me 2 other cars. Coming back to Volvo, it was a natural decision to make. Everyone at the dealership was a supportive team.
