I was trying to buy a car from him remotely and without going into the dealer. 3 days ago, we make a deal, he tol Dustin Stygler- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was trying to buy a car from him remotely and without going into the dealer. 3 days ago, we make a deal, he told me It will be $500 deposit to hold, I said great "I will make the deposit ASAP, let me know how" and then he doesn't respond until 2 days later with the credit app link. I filled that out instantly and then this morning he said someone came in and sold it. What a xxxxty person to make me go through that, and have to wait for him all weekend to then tell me casually it's sold on Monday morning. Like dude- I was waiting on you!! I couldn't have been anymore direct. Get your xxxx together , Dustin. TOO ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, I SUGGEST NOT USING DUSTIN OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I don't want what happened to me, to happen to you. I found an aggressive price on the website from Byers. I called around 8:00 AM. Sean Bell in service answered. Asked me what car I was looking for and made sure it was still available. Informed me of a Costco discount which made my price even better. I did not even negotiate. Left Cincinnati for Columbus within the hour. Sent all my info via text so all paperwork was ready to go when I got there including my trade in docs. Ralph is the best car sales rep ever! Hands down! Then finance - Eric Strickland - Same thing...Best ever! No pressure but gave me the facts. I bought the long term warranty also! This is our first Volvo. Love it! If we buy another I will go to Byers! More
