I purchased a 2015 Audi A3 from Byers Volvo. I scheduled an appointment in the shop after having it for just two days. Turns out there were two different sized tire sets on the car and needed the wheel bear an appointment in the shop after having it for just two days. The repairs costed around $2300 and Byers Volvo refused to reimburse us for this at all and instead I was told “it’s very hard to believe that it needed repairs after I had put 2 grand into it” by the sales manager, Derek. The shop who did the repairs was Byers Audi and he tried to tell me that they were trying to rip me off instead of taking accountability for the problems with the car. I was later told by the salesman whom we got the car from that they rely on their service team to identify the issues on the car before the sale and that there is nothing they can do about it. Do not buy a car from Byers Volvo unless you have your own mechanic inspect the car thoroughly before purchase. More
