I found an aggressive price on the website from Byers. I called around 8:00 AM. Sean Bell in service answered. Asked me what car I was looking for and made sure it was still available. Informed me of a Costco discount which made my price even better. I did not even negotiate. Left Cincinnati for Columbus within the hour. Sent all my info via text so all paperwork was ready to go when I got there including my trade in docs. Ralph is the best car sales rep ever! Hands down! Then finance - Eric Strickland - Same thing...Best ever! No pressure but gave me the facts. I bought the long term warranty also! This is our first Volvo. Love it! If we buy another I will go to Byers! More
