Had a 9:45am appointment for regular 10,000mile interval service .waited 2 weeks and told I was waiting for car. Was told about 2 to 3 hours for service. They didn't take my car in until 2:45pm. Idid no service .waited 2 weeks and told I was waiting for car. Was told about 2 to 3 hours for service. They didn't take my car in until 2:45pm. Idid not get my car back until 4:45pm. Why did they give me an appointment only to make me wait 7 hrs for a 2 hour job. My time is valuable too! More
