Matt and Trevor were extremely helpful and explain everything throughly about the finance process. Sean was the best part of the whole experience though he was patient with me and my wife while we decided on a model. He had a wealth of knowledge on all the models which made the process so much easier. They all even stayed after closing to finish the process and make sure we were comfortable with our new purchase. This was greatly appreciated and made my wife and I so much more comfortable with the features of our new Tiguan. I can't state how great of an experience this was enough. I can't wait to buy my next new car from Sean next year! Wouldn't imagine going anywhere else ever again. Not only was his approach professional and courteous, but above all he didn't make me feel that he was dealing with a second rate customer just because I am an older female. A lot of salesman would have tried to steer me towards a "more sensible" vehicle that would be appropriate for my age. Past experience has proven that female buyers are not taken too seriously and an retirement age female could have been worse. I was treated with friendly respect by everyone I that assisted with my purchase. I appreciated his every effort and will make referrals when I can. Thanks Bryan! -- your efforts were appreciated.
