There was never any pressure by the sales associate to make a purchase, but did explain all features that were offered with the autos we test drove. The final decision was fully up to myself and my wife. Made our decision and drove our new Volkswagen home that day. More

I am partial to VW, many have been in the family, and wanted to give the Atlas a chance. I noticed some first year model growing pains but review of websites and consumer reviews plus the low rate of recalls suggested these were remediated. The car is very good, I feel it is an excellent product for the price, mostly Audi like interiors, smooth, quiet, tall, and appears capable. The 4 motion gives this heavy car very good handling. It comes with many features without the bloated price. The transferable warranty, and need for regular gasoline were also selling points. No pressure dealership who worked with me in finding the right car at a very competitive price. Very decent trade in offer helped seal the deal. Our sales rep was so easy to work with. She even offered to look for a car if we didn't like what she had which could have affected the sale, but we got what we were looking for. The rest of the process was smooth and easy, we were never rushed, and we felt we could have walked away with no pressure had we chosen to. More
