Return service When we purchased our 2017 Highlander, we had a good experience with the sales department; however warranty repair is a far different story! This is When we purchased our 2017 Highlander, we had a good experience with the sales department; however warranty repair is a far different story! This is the second time I had to return for the same issue. Both times I felt as though the priority of the service department was to make sure that I knew that this may be my problem and may not be covered by warranty. Of course it was a Toyota issue and a part had to be ordered. I now live in fear that this same issue could occur again and I would again have to encounter the service person! Never had any issues when I drove Hondas for many years! More
