Friendly, reasonable, and knowledgeable service staff. I purchased a used Toyota Camry from Byers about four months ago, and unfortunately had to replace tires and a battery within that time. While I was not happy about that, working with Daniel and Tara on these issues was easy and reassuring. They listened to my experience and worked with me to resolve the problems. Daniel gave me a free alignment with my tires, and Tara gave a new battery at no cost. While my sales experience at Byers was disappointing, I have nothing but exceptional regard for the service team there. I have no doubt that the rest of the service team is as dedicated, reasonable, and friendly as Tara and Daniel. More
We got you , Tim . The interior on 2018 Camery XSE V6 . A $38,000.00 + vehicle . Was coming apart at the seams . No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red The interior on 2018 Camery XSE V6 . A $38,000.00 + vehicle . Was coming apart at the seams . No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red interior was coming undone. Also there was another issue with the sound of the stereo. ( there's a lot of rattling ) due to the on board child carseat anchors . Toyota was thoughtful in the offering of them . But , the covers on them greatly reduce the sound quality when you turn up your favorite music. When it comes on .also , as it were when all the excitement was over attributed to the end of sale paperwork to be completed. The service department & the rest of the dealers were gone . I received a VERY MINIMAL PDI detail and my front plate assembly was not attached . The ( front and rear are required in OH.) So for two months I've been driving this car with these issues. To the point now ..timing will allow me to seek remedy june 22 . So i call Byers . they say , what's the problem ? I unload the ton of issues .i'm having with this vehicle. ( these are just to set the mark ) anyway , Tara the absolutely greatest associate ever listens to every single word before she would eventually respond with " WE definitely don't want you to be this disappointed or dissatisfied after such an costly investment. So ,you just bring it to ME . ...i'll make sure everything is taken care of to your complete satisfaction. " Don't you worry......." WE GOT YOU ,TIM " More

Poor communication I returned the morning in after service because of issues and needed to be out in one hour. After the hour my car had not even been looked at. Oil change is to expensive and to rotate tires was 100 dollars total no reason it should be that much. My only complaint and it is a very small one is I’ve asked that when the new sticker is put on the window they Overall my experience is very positive.
