Please get tire pressure correct. Every time I come to the dealership the same pressure is put in all tires despite mfg recommendations of 2 psi less in the rear tires. Other non dealer locations read the tag in the door and put the correct pressure in the tires which impacts ride and performance. More

Went thru express line. Quick service but a little longer than usual because they recommended new windshield wipers and I approved that to be done. All very pleasant and professional. My problem was a tire leak which they said would be solved by the plug which they assured me would hold as they always do. However, mine didn't, s My problem was a tire leak which they said would be solved by the plug which they assured me would hold as they always do. However, mine didn't, so I ended up having to buy a new tire. I assume the plug failed because of the large bolt hole which caused the leak. The hardest part was having to make 4 trips since I didn't wait on it. More

Just used the quick oil change and tire rotation - so easy and the rep was so helpful in keeping me informed.
