Unfortunately my experience with the service center for this dealership was not the greatest. They performed what should have been a quick oil change and tightening of a few bolts and resulted in the car n this dealership was not the greatest. They performed what should have been a quick oil change and tightening of a few bolts and resulted in the car not being put back together properly and ultimately causing not one, but two broken parts. My brand new car has now been with them for almost a month. They were pleasant to work with and did their best to make it right, but to have two instances on a new vehicle where their service team sent the vehicle back to me with parts broken by them leaves me with little faith in the quality of their work. This visit was just ok. Not to happy with the service department. I went in with a $50.00 coupon I received in an email. They said it would be honored and applied to the bill. I was there to get an oil change and ti I went in with a $50.00 coupon I received in an email. They said it would be honored and applied to the bill. I was there to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my final bill it was exactly or close to the same amount as what I paid for the previous oil changes. I was not at all happy but paid the bill of $92.33. She assured me she took the $50.00 off the bill. In fact she didn’t. There are to many Subaru dealers in the Columbus area for me to go to. I will not be back to Byers. What dealership charges $150.00 for an oil change a tire rotation. What mine would have been with the deduction of the $50.00 coupon. More
