The lady in charge of the service department is not very approachable and does not seem to care about customers. I gave her two stars instead of one because she actually is very knowledgeable. Service department left me stranded without a vehicle I dropped my car for an 815am appointment with a printout of what the check engine code was. I stressed that I needed my car back the same day. At 430pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. I was told that while they had verified the engine code, I wouldn't be getting my car back. When I explained that I needed it to pick up my child, go to a committee meeting, and take my child to an appointment in the morning and needed a loaner, I was told the two they had were supposed to go out the next day so they couldn't help me. This is unacceptable when I made it clear I NEEDED my car back the same day. If it wasn't possible, I should have been warned so I could make other arrangements. UPDATE - since posting my review, I have been in touch with Mark Haag who apologized for the dealership and is working to do what he can to make-up for the issues. Doesn't excuse the crappy service I received, but at least someone cares enough to try to do something to make it right. More

After about 1.5 hours, I checked to see what problems a technician found with my car. I was told that a technician hadn't seen the car yet to provide a diagnosis. Was told a technician may get to my car in about another hour. Very disappointing experience. More

Great Customer Service Every time I come in for a service visit, the service technications - always remember me by name. Mike Gordon who sold me my car in 2015 always stops out to say hi and remembers details about my family! After every service they walk me through what they did, costs, and if they need to replace anything they show me why. I had really nasty air filters and they compared a brand new one to mine so I was able to see for myself. They go above and beyond and don’t take advantage of you ( even when you don’t know a lot about cars! ) They have exceptional customer service and I will definitely recommend Byers Subaru to anyone looking for their next car.
