Brought my car in for service as brake light was on. Diagnosis was "some history of error codes", cleared codes, called it "fixed". That's not fixed, nor even an attempt to fix. My car is unsafe at this point due to their intentional negligence. They could not tell me why the idiot light was on. They could not tell me what the historical error codes were. Talked to a "manager" who said they did "due diligence". Complained to Subaru. Very nice and very ineffective people. They did nothing. I've called service to request more details - only got a text back saying they don't know - no call. Called to ask the service manager to call me - he refuses to even talk. I'm not asking for money back nor additional service - only information. Their service department appears to be completely inept and incompetent. More
