All very pleasant and professional. My problem was a tire leak which they said would be solved by the plug which they assured me would hold as they always do. However, mine didn't, s My problem was a tire leak which they said would be solved by the plug which they assured me would hold as they always do. However, mine didn't, so I ended up having to buy a new tire. I assume the plug failed because of the large bolt hole which caused the leak. The hardest part was having to make 4 trips since I didn't wait on it. More
