Given my busy schedule, meeting in person or answering phone calls was challenging, but Mr. Atef was extremely accommodating throughout the two months we worked together. He was not only informative but also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle specifications. His lack of pushiness impressed me the most; he never tried to persuade me towards options I did not want or need. Absolutely the best new vehicle purchase. Teresa Hoffman was responsive, searched for the right color and features I wanted, provided me with a loaner until the vehicle arrived from the mfg.
