The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating is that the cap on the radiator was not put on properly and fluid was leaking while the car was running. Fortunately this was noticed by the person who that the cap on the radiator was not put on properly and fluid was leaking while the car was running. Fortunately this was noticed by the person who replaced my tires at another company. When I mentioned this to Byers at my next service appointment for some follow-up service, they refunded some of my service fee. Thank you. More

I have been coming here since I returned to Columbus 14 years ago. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and on several occasions went out of their way to help me. One exa years ago. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and on several occasions went out of their way to help me. One example several years back l was driving on 315 when my car engine was smoking. I called service and the service manager told me to pull over and get out of the car. He then met me where I was. He assessed the problem. Had a tow come and took me home. That and several other examples is why I would not consider any other dealership. More
