Everyone I've spoken with is polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is it can be difficult to get a hold of someone at times. A mechanic out of town diagnosed a problem with my car. Luckily they couldn’t get the part, so when I got back in town I went to Byers. Seemed to be a lot of confusion and communication problems. My case was a little unusual,as it was aranged through the used sales department to remedy a problem at purchase. But when I arrived at 1pm I was told it was lost in service and they couldn't find the paperwork car or keys for about 40 minutes. More
